So you’re having photos done in a studio for the first time. Wondering what to wear? I’ve got you! Here’s some tips and tricks to show up for your session looking your best.

Maternity Photography Session:

Bring a pair of nude underwear and a few different nude bras to make sure we have the right cut for under whatever dress you choose in the studio.
Come with a clean and bare face (no makeup) with your hair dry and natural for the hair and makeup artist to work on.
The most commonly asked question…NO you don’t need to bring shoes ladies! Barefoot is best.
Make sure to have your fingernails and toenails manicured the way you’d like them in the photos. Your hands will show!
Have your parter wear neutral colored clothing with no logos or graphics. Black on black is always a great choice! Bring two outfit options just in case.

Newborn Photography Session:

Make sure to have your fingernails and toenails manicured the way you’d like them in the photos. Your hands will show!
Wear neutral colored clothing with no logos or graphics. Black is always a great choice or neutral beige colors. Refrain from wearing patterns as they can show up distorted in photos. Bring two outfit options just in case.
